I see movies: Spider-Man 3
Or as I once heard a music critic say of a popular band, “We haven’t heard anything like this from them since their last album.” Spider-Man 3 had everything: the Stan Lee cameo, the Bruce Campbell cameo (okay, a really funny cameo) and the Spider-Man theme snuck in as a practical music source. Unfortunately the last movie had all of that too.
There were several times when MJ was in trouble that I actually hoped she’d die so we could get on with the story. I swear, sometimes she’s the Jar Jar Binks of the story.
Anyway, I had to see it because I’d seen the other two. Had to. It’s like a law or something. I’ll spend a bunch of today going through the extra features before I return it to NetFlix. Perhaps in that process I’ll gain some additional respect for the work.

Spidey 3: easily the worst of the three. Me thinks Raimi lost interest, or merely got lost in the complexity of three villains. Three big, sappy villains, and not one of them to actually care about!
